装有空瓶的箱子堆放在托盘上，由输送带送到卸托盘机，将托盘逐个卸下，箱子随输送带送到卸箱机中，将空瓶从箱子中取出，空箱经输送带送到洗箱机，经清洗干净，再输送到装箱机旁，以便将盛有饮料的瓶子装入其中。从卸箱机取出的空瓶，由另一条输送带送入洗瓶机消毒和清洗，经瓶子检验机检验，符合清洁标准后进入灌装机和封盖机。饮料由灌装机装入瓶中。装好饮料的瓶子经封盖机加盖封住并输送到贴标机贴标，贴好标签后送至装箱机装入箱中再送到堆托盘机堆放在托盘上送入仓库。
The boxes with empty bottles are stacked on pallets, which are sent to the palletizer by conveyor belt, and the pallets are unloaded one by one. The boxes are sent to the unloading machine along with the conveyor belt, and the empty bottles are taken out from the boxes. The empty boxes are sent to the washing machine through the conveyor belt, cleaned and then transported to the side of the packing machine, so as to put the bottles containing drinks into them. The empty bottles taken out from the unloading machine are sent to the bottle washing machine by another conveyor belt for disinfection and cleaning. The bottles are inspected by the bottle inspection machine and enter the filling machine and capping machine after they meet the cleaning standards. The beverage is bottled by a filling machine. The bottles filled with drinks are sealed by the capping machine and transported to the labeling machine for labeling. After being labeled, the bottles are sent to the packing machine for packing, and then to the palletizing machine for stacking on the pallets and sent to the warehouse.
