注射泵的结构与原理
Structure and principle of injection pump
注射泵由步进电机及其驱动器、丝杆和支架等构成,具有往复移动的丝杆、螺母,因此也称为丝杆泵。螺母与注射器的活塞相连,注射器里盛放药液。
The injection pump is composed of stepper motor and its driver, screw
rod and bracket. It has reciprocating screw rod and nut, so it is also
called screw pump. The nut is connected with the piston of the syringe,
and the syringe contains the liquid medicine.
工作时,单片机系统发出控制脉冲使步进电机旋转,而步进电机带动丝杆将旋转运动变成直线运动,推动注射器的活塞进行注射输液,把注射器中的药液输人人体。通过设定螺杆的旋转速度,就可调整其对注射器针栓的推进速度,从而调整所给的药物剂量(给药速度为0.1~99.9nd_/h)。
When working, the single-chip microcomputer system sends out control
pulse to make the stepping motor rotate, and the stepping motor drives
the screw rod to turn the rotary motion into a linear motion, which
pushes the piston of the syringe to inject and infuse the medicine
liquid in the syringe into the human body. By setting the rotation speed
of the screw, the pushing speed of the syringe needle plug can be
adjusted, so as to adjust the drug dose (the drug delivery speed is 0.1 ~
99.9nd)_ /h)。
