蠕动泵灌装机泵源采用蠕动泵，充分利用蠕动泵的特点，结构简单，其泵体无接触药液的地方，因此无需对泵体进行清洗消毒。该泵是由步进电机或者伺服电机驱动，PLC控制达到调整装量简便，只输入相应的数字即可，可实现在工作状态下随时调整，精度可达±2%采用模块化结构，每个单元4个通道，可扩展至4单元(16通道)，共用一个控制器。

蠕动泵灌装机采用8等份拨瓶转鼓，使瓶子在运行中自动提升定位，插入针头，8针匀速旋转跟踪灌装，采用一种巧妙的灌装分配系统，使每泵的两针交替灌装，这样实现了在运行当中灌装时间长，无间歇运动，运行平稳，可充分提高产量，尤其是灌15ml以上大剂量的更为突出，根据瓶子及装量在20ml以下最高可达240~300瓶/分钟（变频调速）。

该机结构简单新颖，维修调整方便，运行平稳、噪音低、自动化程度高，有倒瓶停车控制、无瓶止灌控制、缺塞或缺盖报警并自动降速，当塞或盖供上以后，自动升速到设定范围。
