The use of peristaltic pumps has promoted the development of related industries, brought more convenience to some fluid work, improved work efficiency, and made current peristaltic pumps the main equipment used in this period.
Common maintenance methods for peristaltic pumps:
1. Check whether the pipelines of the peristaltic pump are unobstructed, whether the hose joints are loose, and whether the pump head and rollers are manually turned to be flexible.
2. Turn on the peristaltic pump drive and check whether the motor is running normally. After normal operation, test whether the inlet and outlet pressures of the peristaltic pump meet the requirements
3. Set the head and flow rate of the peristaltic pump to ensure operation within a suitable range in order to obtain an efficient operating state.
4. During the operation of the peristaltic pump, the maximum temperature of the bearing shall not exceed 80°C, and the temperature of the peristaltic bearing shall not exceed 35°C higher than the ambient temperature.
5. During the operation of the peristaltic pump, if an abnormal sound is found in the peristaltic pump, the peristaltic pump should be shut down for inspection immediately.
6. Daily maintenance should be timely. The lubricating oil should be replaced every 100 hours after the new pump is used for one month. The lubricating oil should be replaced every 100 hours during the first month of operation of the peristaltic pump, and every 500 hours thereafter.
7. Regularly check the pressure block on the pump head. If the pressure block on the pump head is found to be rough and uneven, the pressure block on the pump head should be replaced immediately to prevent the hose from being greatly worn and thereby reducing the service life of the hose.
8. If the peristaltic pump is not used for a long time, the pump head of the peristaltic pump needs to be disassembled, and the other liquid in the pump body should be wiped dry. The lubricating oil in the connection between the pump head and the drive, the motor bearing and other related connections should be fully filled, and then placed Safe storage at room temperature.
