The purpose of the peristaltic pump is to solve the precise and quantitative delivery of fluid and realize the fluid processing technology in various applications. Common applications include infusion equipment, extracorporeal blood circulation collection, separation and transportation, organic solvents, corrosive chemicals, food raw materials, seasonings and sauces, high solid content slurries, highly viscous liquids, inks and inks.
The working principle of peristaltic pump is to use the ability of a soft elastomer tube to withstand deformation and return to its original shape. A peristaltic pump is like squeezing a hose filled with fluid with your fingers, and moves forward as your fingers slide the fluid in the tube forward. The peristaltic pump is also based on this principle, but the roller replaces the fingers. The fluid is pumped by alternately squeezing and releasing the elastic delivery hose of the pump. Just like squeezing a hose with two fingers, as the fingers move, negative pressure is formed in the tube, and the liquid flows along with it.
The structure of the peristaltic pump is composed of a circular cavity pump shell, rollers, and elastic hoses. The elastic hoses are installed in the pump housing. The hose is squeezed by the roller to form a closed cut-off point. When the roller rotates, the closed point moves with the roller. The elastic hose will return to its natural state after the roller leaves, and a vacuum will be formed in the hose to suck in fluid and be squeezed out by the next roller. The peristaltic pump tube is in a peristaltic state during work, so it is called a peristaltic pump. The peristaltic pump hose is squeezed and closed completely by the roller, and the fluid will not flow back. Therefore, the peristaltic pump is a positive displacement pump or a positive displacement pump and a positive displacement pump (the speed is proportional to the flow rate). The fluid of the peristaltic pump only passes through the hose of the peristaltic pump, without valves and seals, and will not contact any other parts of the pump. The liquid is squeezed out in the pump tube, so it will not produce shear to the conveyed liquid, and will not damage the shear-sensitive fluid.
The purpose of using a peristaltic pump is to obtain the required flow. Therefore, according to the operation and use of the peristaltic pump, it is divided into:
   1. Speed-regulating peristaltic pump:
has the basic control function of the peristaltic pump, display speed, start and stop, direction, speed adjustment, filling and emptying, power-down memory, external control input and other functions.
  2, flow type peristaltic pump:
In addition to the basic functions, it has added functions such as flow display, flow correction, and communication.
  3. Distributing peristaltic pump:
In addition to the basic control functions, functions such as flow display, flow correction, communication, liquid volume distribution, suction, and output control are added.
  4, customized (OEM) peristaltic pump:
has a series of peristaltic pump heads with different flow ranges. Customers can design different peristaltic pump drive circuits for supporting use according to their own equipment requirements.
