In addition, in order to speed up the filling process without causing liquid overflow, when filling to 90% of the full bottle, a throttle valve connected in series in the injection channel should be opened to reduce the injection flow significantly. Then, the filled containers will be moved out in sequence, and the new empty containers will be moved in sequence. In this process, the baffle plates installed at the inlet and outlet of the container should be controlled accurately and timely to ensure that only the container can be moved in and out of the container each time. At the same time, no matter what shape of container is used, the filling head can exactly match the capacity The bottle mouth of the device is completely consistent, otherwise, the alarm signal will be output, and the filling will not continue until the fault is eliminated. Finally, the filling head can move down accurately after the container is in place, so that the filling can be inserted into the bottle mouth. After filling, the filling head should be moved up quickly to make the container move out smoothly.
